Xin obtained her PhD from UW-Madison in 2016 (Emery Bresnick’s lab). She then completed two postdoctoral fellowships at Albert Einstein College of Medicine (Paul Frenette's lab) and UW-Madison (Jing Zhang's lab). Xin was awarded K01 award and ASH Fellow-to-Faculty Scholar Award to focus her studies on bone marrow microenvironment and hema
